Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Direct and supervise nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
• Provide care aligned with the professional practice model and patient family involvement.
• Contribute to patient care outcomes, safety, and quality in the unit.
