Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to moderately to critically ill patients in a progressive care/step-down environment.

The role includes performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring telemetry and vital signs, administering medications and IV therapies, collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and documenting care in the EHR to ensure optimal patient

Qualifications

• RN license and strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to monitor and manage complex patients in a progressive care setting.
• Proficiency in medication and IV administration, and accurate electronic documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and health management.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EHR.
