Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient and identify care needs.
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with health system staff.
• Active charge nurse responsibilities as assigned.
