Health, Inc. is seeking a Progressive Care Unit Nurse to provide step-down level care for medically stable, high-acuity patients in a mission-driven care setting. You will apply evidence-based practices to ensure safety, quality, and patient outcomes.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage telemetry and IV therapies, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate transitions of care across settings.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN licensure in the United States
• Experience in progressive/step-down care and high-acuity patients
• Proficiency in telemetry and IV therapy management
• Strong communication and teamwork across disciplines
