Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks an RN Progressive Care Nurse to deliver high-quality care for acutely ill adult patients requiring close monitoring. You will respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and participate in advanced nursing interventions.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, manage complex medications, and coordinate timely responses to deterioration in a fast-paced setting at our Orlando-area

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure is required to practice as a Progressive Care Nurse.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment for caring for complex, critically ill adult patients.
• Ability to rapidly assess and prioritize care in high-acuity settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with clinical and medical staff.
