Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit in Atlanta, GA. This 13-week onsite contract features night shifts (12 hours, 3 days per week) and a 36-hour work week.

Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care
Duration: 13 weeks
Address: 80 Jesse Hill Jr Dr SE, Atlanta, GA, 30303
Schedule: Night Shift 3*12s 36hours/week

Unit: Medical Step-Down / IMCU (6-20 beds)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Certifications: ACLS and BLS required

Common Diagnoses: Sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy.

Floating: May float to all IMCU units; 5J and 12A are the most common.

Key Skills: Step-down/IMCU nursing, management of high-acuity patients, and cardiac and respiratory monitoring.
