Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license/registration in good standing.
• 1+ year of experience in the Progressive Care/Cardiac area.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical team.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac care.
