The nurse leader partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational efficiency, while guiding strategic initiatives, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Progressive Care Unit to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of registered nurses and support staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department resources; ensure regulatory compliance.
