HCA Healthcare seeks a Progressive Care Nurse Manager for Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Kentucky. You will oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and nursing leadership for the 3rd floor progressive care unit, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care across shifts.

You will coach staff, coordinate with other departments, and implement evidence-based practices to uphold standards of care while maintaining unit efficiency and staff development.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Kentucky (or compact state).
• 3 years of related clinical experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily unit operations and staffing for the Progressive Care unit.
• Lead, coach and develop nursing staff to ensure quality care and safety.
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance care delivery.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards of care and document competencies.
