Job summary

Research Medical Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Progressive Care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will partner with the management team to monitor nursing care and support staff in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The CNC will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support improved outcomes, provide coaching and training, and assist with staffing and schedule management to ensure optimal unit

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure is required.
• RN Diploma required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
