Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. (Ingalls Shipbuilding) is seeking an administrator to support the Electrical Department's Craft General Superintendent. You will assist in meeting prep, collect and verify data, and generate reports and presentations across multiple data sources.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or an associate degree with relevant experience, plus flexibility to work any shift and proficiency in SAP, IFS, and Microsoft Office tools.

The Role

Performs administrative duties for Surface Combatants for Craft General Superintendent (Electrical Department). This includes assisting in meeting preparations, and support of Electrical field managers. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Must Have

• High School diploma and 2 years of experience

Nice to Have

Prior accounting / administrative experience. Experience building and outbriefing large datasets. Proficient with SAP, IFS, and Microsoft Office programs suite.
