Job summary

Stand Together Fellowships is hosting the Koch Internship Program, a paid experiential learning initiative supporting FEE in the Classroom International. The Logistics Intern will help design and run programs for Spanish-speaking students and educators across Latin America, combining operations with education outreach.

The role emphasizes logistics management, stakeholder communication, and KPI tracking, with a focus on independent initiative and collaborative execution.

Qualifications

• Basic Spanish proficiency is required (read/write simple emails; basic convo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle priorities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to improve programs.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a team.
• Committed to the mission of FEE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics for FEE in the Classroom International (virtual and in-person).
• Create logistics packets, landing pages, Zoom links, invites.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking partners and participants.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting accurately.
• Collaborate with Senior Programs Associate on new projects.
• Track and report relevant KPIs.
