Job summary

Best Buddies International is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead local Friendship and Ambassador programs, supervise Program Managers, and ensure contract goals are met. The role includes overseeing day-to-day office logistics and supporting the Area/State Director.

Qualifications

  • Access to automobile with insurance; valid driver.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Program Managers and ensure program success.
  • Train and supervise Program Managers; lead local leadership trainings.
  • Ensure program goals and compliance for contracts; manage events.
  • Support fundraising efforts with program staff; coordinate publicity.
  • Prepare timely programmatic reports and ensure quality communication.
