KBMT-TV is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Programming Assistan\text{t} to support programming, traffic, and station operations for KBMT, KJAC, and KUIL.Reporting to the Programming Director, this position will assist with maintaining accurate programming schedules and logs, downloading and preparing syndicated and paid programming, completing programming reports, and coordinating with internal departments to support the successful broadcast of station content.The Programming Assistant will also provide administrative and operational support for locally produced programming, news, sales, and other station functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in learning television programming and traffic operations.
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based at KBMT-TV in Beaumont, Texas. The position supports programming and operational activities for KBMT, KJAC, and KUIL and may occasionally require schedule flexibility based on station programming and business needs.
