Job summary

Cays Inc is seeking a qualified IT professional to support user applications and collaborate with clients to identify and resolve system issues and drive improvements. The role involves building complex Crystal Reports across multiple data sources and documenting business and functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, strong experience with Oracle relational databases, and solid system design capabilities. ),

Qualifications

• Experience obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements; creating use cases, mocks, and workflows.

Requested Qualification:

60 months Crystal Reports development experience based on complex queries (using multiple data sources and defining relationships between different pieces of data) and results.

60 months experience supporting user applications and working with clients to identify system issues and improvements for functionality

24 months experience working with a Lab Information Management System

60 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, creating mock reports and workflows

60 months experience working with an Oracle Relational Databases.

60 months system design experience

24 Months experience using Test Management tools such as ALM/Quality Center.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or related field. (Please include relevant documentation)
