Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree with 24 semester/36 quarter units in IS/CS/CE and two years of related software development experience.
• Alternatively, two years as an Applications Programmer with the City of Los Angeles.
• Additional full‑time programming analyst experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical programming and application or software support.
• Evaluate existing systems and procedures and assess feasibility of data processing applications.
• Design and participate in implementation of computer programs and systems; may head projects.
