Qualifications

• A valid California Class C driver license.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited college.
• Status as Senior Systems Analyst with recent experience in systems analysis; OR Five (5) years of experience in computer systems analysis, including one (1) year of supervisory experience. A master's degree in computer science or a closely related field may be substituted for one year of non‑supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple IT project work groups consisting of professional level and support staff; analyze, research, and develop complex hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor work in support of IT software development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Conduct business analysis to identify needs, define requirements, and recommend sustainable solutions for business problems that enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply professional program/project management techniques in managing/implementing multiple projects.
• Assist in the development and continual improvement of IT project management standards.
• Provide technical advice to professional staff and oversee their training.
• Build and maintain professional, trusted relationships with stakeholders across all Districts departments.
