Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst to work on complex software projects. The role involves modifying existing programs or creating new ones to meet user and management needs.

You will design, test, and implement solutions, collaborating with users and analysts to ensure business value is delivered. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience, plus proficiency in C# .NET and React.

• Work with solution/application architect on design to plan and execute development work
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and lead all the development needs
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore and guide a team of developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and agile methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce code quality standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and banking services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Remediate any bugs or vulnerabilities introduced into the code
• Provides technical support to programming and operations areas
• Work closely with immediate leadership in planning and execution of development work
• Support production needs for the monthly releases, incidents/bug fixes on time.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development, banking, and cybersecurity.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment

Compensation

57,000.00 - 113,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
