Job summary

Valdosta State University is seeking a Programmer Analyst III for IT EAS Applications ADMI to design, develop, document, implement, and maintain model structures and applications supporting the university's mission. The role includes providing guidance to less-experienced programmers in a Banner-based student information systems environment.

Job Summary

Department Summary

The Student Information Systems team is responsible for the administration, support, enhancement, and integration of the University's enterprise student information systems, centered on Banner. The department partners with academic and administrative offices to deliver reliable technology solutions that support the full student lifecycle, including admissions, registration, records, financial aid, student accounts, and graduation. Through application development, systems integration, process automation, reporting, and technical support, the team ensures the University's student information systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with institutional goals while delivering exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff.

Typical Allocation of Duties
