Job summary

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Programmer Analyst to support Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and related IT initiatives. The role involves Agile-style teamwork to translate requirements into database and application solutions.

The candidate will work in a hybrid environment at the Richmond, VA location, collaborating with IT and business teams to deliver complex backlog items and day-to-day operations. A strong background in Oracle modules and BI tools is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+.
• Experience with AP, GL, and Purchasing modules.
• Experience with iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor.
• Proficiency with Forms/Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder and PL/SQL.
• Strong systems analysis and design skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with VA Cardinal HR/Financial system.
• Experience with Power BI paginated reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+ including AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor modules.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to develop/modify programs using Oracle standards.
• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Defining input/output requirements and turnover of program changes to production.
• Maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Performing related work as required.

YSI is seeking a Programmer Analyst to support the HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite application (eSCC). The ideal candidate will be in a team of four working Agile development to process a variety of complex backlog items and support daily operations. The individual in this position will assist with translating formal and informal requirements into database and application solutions. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team. The ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers is essential. Comply with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools
• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
• Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Performing related work as required

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive technical experience working w/ Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above w/in Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience coding and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite software development solutions, to include the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing
• Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder and PL/SQL
• Extensive technical experience in systems analysis and design
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft, Visio, SharePoint and Office applications
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with Azure Devops
• Experience with the VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial system
• Experience with Power BI paginated reports, desktop reports and dashboards

Salary $125,000-130,000 annually with benefits
