Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Programme Director to lead the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP), a flagship scheme within the Government’s New Hospital Programme.

You will provide strategic leadership for end-to-end planning, design and delivery, steer governance and commercial management, and build strong partnerships across the local health system to realise a transformative vision for Hinchingbrooke.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership required for end-to-end planning, design and delivery of a major redevelopment programme.
• Strong governance and commercial management capability; experience leading complex capital projects.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders across health and care system.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP) to successful delivery.
• Provide governance, assurances and leadership across the project team and advisers.
