Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Solutions Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale RFPs, greenfield projects, and complex scopes. You will bridge the gap between entry-level estimators and senior teams, owning medium-to-large opportunities with programmatic customers.

You will analyze requirements, collaborate with sales and engineering, source pricing, and ensure estimates reflect costs, resources, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in estimating, project management, or system design for security projects.
• Experience with large-scale RFPs, greenfield opportunities, and programmatic projects.
• Strong reading of construction documents, drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for large-scale RFPs and complex scopes.
• Bridge gap between entry-level estimators and senior teams, owning medium-to-large opportunities.
• Analyze requirements, specs, and technical docs to define scope and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management.
• Source pricing from vendors and subcontractors to meet specs.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
