Job summary

LandEarly is seeking a Programmatic SEO Specialist to scale organic visibility by building data-driven, templated pages that capture high-intent search traffic. You will design page templates and work with engineering to ensure pages are fast, indexable, and free of SEO issues.

You will analyze large datasets, identify keyword opportunities, and collaborate with content and product teams to ensure value and avoid thin content. Strong technical SEO and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience running programmatic SEO initiatives at scale (thousands to millions of pages).
• Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Comfort working with large datasets and templated content systems, including spreadsheets, SQL, or scripting for QA at scale.
• Familiarity with SEO tooling such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and product managers to translate SEO requirements into shippable features.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to prioritize and validate SEO bets.

Responsibilities

• Design and build programmatic SEO page templates (e.g. role-by-city, company-by-role, or job-category pages) driven by structured data
• Identify high-intent keyword patterns and search opportunities suited to a programmatic approach
• Partner with engineering to implement scalable page generation, ensuring pages are indexable, fast, and free of technical SEO issues
• Monitor organic performance across large page sets, using data to identify underperforming templates or cannibalization issues
• Continuously test and refine title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, and on-page content structures at scale
• Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure programmatic pages provide genuine user value, not thin content
