What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Programmatic team to develop acquisition and brand awareness strategies for different country markets
- Manage strategic relationships with key publisher partners, negotiating deals and ensuring best practices
- Oversee daily on-platform DSP campaign monitoring, optimization, tracking, and reporting
- Analyze dashboards and reporting tools to assess channel effectiveness and respond to changes in key metrics
- Work cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, and brand teams to meet acquisition goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, both direct and via DSPs
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD) and ad servers (e.g., CM360)
- Proven ability to build and manage successful partnerships with publishers
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance marketing metrics
