Job summary

Treatment Action Group (TAG) is seeking an ambitious, hands-on Coordinator for our Programmatic Communications. Working within the communications team, this role will support and amplify TAG’s tuberculosis work by delivering high-impact program communications across social media, publications, webinars, and earned media.

The Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Director and TAG’s TB program and policy teams to ensure advocacy and community engagement reach is maximized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver program communications across multiple channels (social media, publications, webinars, earned media) to amplify TAG's TB program
• Collaborate with the Communications Director and TB program team to plan, execute, and evaluate communications strategies
• Support development and launch of advocacy resources and outreach materials for diverse audiences
• Assist in project management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery of communications projects

Job description

Treatment Action Group (TAG) is seeking an ambitious, experienced, creative, hands‑on, and organized Coordinator for our Programmatic Communications. Seated in our communications team, this new position at TAG will support and amplify the work of our fast‑moving and far‑reaching tuberculosis team. The Coordinator will work alongside the Communications Director and TB program team to deliver high‑impact program communications leveraging a wide range of communications channels (e.g., social media, publications, webinars, earned media) to maximize TAG’s advocacy and community engagement reach and impact.

Strong candidates will have a track record of developing and launching resources for advocacy for progressive causes, an understanding of how to meet the needs of a wide range of audiences, excellent project management skills, great interpersonal abilities, and a passion for TAG’s mission.

The Coordinator will report to TAG’s Communications Director, and work closely with TAG’s TB program and policy teams.
