Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you will play an integral role in post-sales client relationships related to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion opportunities. You will work closely with your Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize our customers' campaign ROI. Additionally, this role allows you to leverage your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and develop unique solutions that ensure client satisfaction.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, prioritizing candidates located in the following states:

What you'll be doing:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across various verticals.
  2. Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  3. Ensure campaign success by providing regular reports, strategic solutions, and optimizations to meet KPIs.
  4. Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel troubleshooting.
  5. Identify upselling opportunities and develop tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency.
  6. Analyze campaign performance regularly to optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities.
  7. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions.
  8. Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients.
  9. Travel up to 20% of the time.
What you'll bring to the table:
  1. 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
  2. Experience managing Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, or executing through a DSP as a self-serve user.
  3. Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering excellent service.
  4. Focus on account retention and revenue growth.
  5. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
  6. Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas.
  7. Experience working with complex databases is a plus.
