Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training.
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media.
• Support the rollout of transformed claim review processes.
