Toomey Residential and Community Services in Onondaga County is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services team serving children and youth from birth to 21 and their families. This role emphasizes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, carrying a full caseload, completing evaluations and treatment plans, maintaining documentation in the EHR, and

• Carry full caseload and provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards
• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress
• Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record system
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Work collaboratively with other staff and outside service providers
• Make referrals as needed
• Attend supervision and staff meetings

Responsibilities

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and Limitied permit holders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of best practices working with children and families, and demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
