Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital is seeking a PRN Program Therapist for weekend coverage in an inpatient setting in New Lenox, IL. The role involves psychosocial assessments, short- and long-term therapy, group sessions, and discharge planning to support patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work, IL licensure, and at least two years’ psychiatric facility experience with crisis intervention and group/family therapies.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a clinical related field.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois as a mental health professional.
• Minimum two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
• Experience with family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and clinical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team treatment meetings to represent therapeutic goals.
• Perform psychosocial assessments for geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients.
• Complete treatment plans using multidisciplinary assessment data.
• Meet with patients to discuss goals, discharge criteria, and risk.
• Provide daily group therapy to geriatric, adult, and adolescent populations.
• Serve as liaison between team and social service agencies; ensure aftercare.
