Job summary

Pasadena Villa – The Grove in Locust Grove, VA is seeking a Program Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients in a residential psychiatric setting. The role requires a master’s degree and active licensure eligibility within 1 year, plus at least 1 year in behavioral healthcare.

You will work in a hybrid schedule (on-site and remote weekday) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care from admission to discharge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and eligible for licensure within 1 year.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in behavioral healthcare.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assess therapeutic needs and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with referral sources and treatment team.
• Document progress and maintain accurate case records.
• Contribute to quality improvement and client outcomes.
