Signet Health Corporation is hiring full-time therapists (LCSWs, LPCs, LMSWs and LPC-As) to work on-site at our brand-new free-standing psychiatric hospital in Midland, Texas. Join an interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based behavioral health care to diverse patients, including children, adolescents, and adults.

The role emphasizes conducting assessments, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and collaborative care within the EHR framework, with some weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Unencumbered license in Texas as a LCSW, LPC, LMSW or LPC-A

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessments and groups
• Provides Mental health counseling to individuals and families
• Provides crisis intervention as needed
• Ensures documentation is timely and recorded in the EHR in compliance with regulatory agencies (DNV, CMS)
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Effectively communicates with team and other departments
• Works well within a team environment
• Additional duties as assigned
• Will work some weekends
