Job summary

Signet Health is hiring full-time therapists (LCSW/LPC/LMSW/LPC-A) to join our brand-new standalone psychiatric hospital in Midland, Texas. Positions are on-site and require licensure in Texas with inpatient experience.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, and ensuring accurate EHR documentation. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in regular meetings, with some weekend shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience.
• TX license: LCSW/LPC/LMSW or LPC-A.

We are actively hiring for Full-time Therapists LCSWs, LPCs, LMSWsand LPC-As to work on-site, for our brand-new free standing psychiatric hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts initial assessments and groups

• Assures documentation is timely and recorded in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and is in strict compliance with DNV, CMS and other regulatory agencies
• Participates in the interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Effectively communicates with team and other departments
• Works well within a team environment
• Additional duties as assigned
• Will work some weekends

Requirements/Qualifications

• Two years of inpatient psychiatric experience
• Hospital experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Unencumbered license in Texas as a LCSW, LPC, LMSW or LPC-A
