Butler Hospital is seeking talented and energized program therapists to treat patients in our Adult Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Partial Program and Women’s DBT Partial Program. The CBT partial is our largest program, treating adults 18+ with depression, anxiety, and mood symptoms. Our DBT Partial program, highly sought after with a large waitlist, focuses on DBT fundamentals for patients 18+, female/female-identifying/non-binary.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside talented psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals as part of our outstanding team.
Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, collaboration with outside providers and schools, and family meetings. Patients may include young adults, adults, older adults, LGBTQ+ community members, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and those with co-occurring substance use, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, distress tolerance issues, and relationship concerns.
The program operates Monday through Friday, with therapists working from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
