Compass Health Center in Brookfield, WI seeks an experienced Program Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct individual therapy, lead groups, and coordinate care with outpatient teams.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team including group, family therapists and prescribers to deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP) and engage in crisis management, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on CompassHealth Center whenincrisis – every day, wehelp people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.
About This Role
Launched in September 202 5 , our location in Brookfield , WI , is already home to top local talent in behavioral health care. This interdisciplinary team of trailblazers are build ing our adolescent and adult programs from the ground up alongside the leadership of well-established clinicians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and nurses working in PHP/IOP behavioral health care for the past decade .
We are seeking an experienced clinician with a passion for delivering evidence-based therapy to patients. If you are passionate about working with patients to communicate, develop and carry out appropriate treatment plans and compassionate care, you would be an ideal addition to our team.
As a Program Therapist, you’ll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans. This role will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, collaborating with patients’ outpatient teams, leading groups and guiding patients through their overall treatment program. You’ll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams, including Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Prescribers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
