Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/Program Management or related field.
• 3+ years in MIS integration, web-based tools, and program management.
• Experience delivering information systems solutions across functions, ideally in engineering.
• Strong proficiency with task management tools, collaboration platforms, and data tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of API integrations, automation workflows, and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage communication channels for internal/external teams using SharePoint, Teams, and email systems.
• Develop and oversee workflows, project tracking, and automated task assignments in platforms like Monday, Wrike, or Jira.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility within company databases and file-sharing solutions.
• Identify, implement, and optimize software integrations to streamline operations across departments.
• Analyze current systems and propose improvements for enhanced collaboration and efficiency.
• Provide guidance to employees on system usage and best practices.
• Work closely with IT teams, software vendors, and leadership to align technology solutions with business goals.
