The Goddard School of Monroe, CT is seeking a Full-Time Program Support Teacher to join our on-site team. You will work with lead and assistant teachers across Infants through Pre-K to create a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• Early Childhood Education coursework or degree is a plus.

• Must meet Connecticut state requirements for early childhood educators.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Help prepare classroom materials and learning centers.
• Float between classrooms to provide coverage and support.
• Follow all Goddard School, state licensing, and health and safety regulations.

We are currently seeking a Full‑Time Program Support Teacher to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an energetic, flexible, and dependable individual who enjoys working with children of all ages and collaborating with teachers across multiple classrooms.

Position Summary

As a Program Support Teacher, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our school. You will work alongside lead teachers and assistant teachers in classrooms ranging from Infants through Pre‑K, helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.
