Job summary

Coho Consulting Group, in partnership with Delta Point LLC, seeks a Program Support Specialist to bridge operations, data management, and user support for MRO/MRO-S at an Air Logistics Complex.

The role encompasses site activations, organizational change management, dashboarding with Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint administration, executive reporting, and cross-team collaboration to improve mission readiness.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Air Force Depot Maintenance systems or similar large-scale DoD programs.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency including PowerPoint and Excel.

Description

The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO) requires the support of a Program Support Specialist to join the team with our partners at Coho Consulting Group. This is a mission-support role requiring a versatile professional to bridge business operations, data management and direct user support. The candidate will assist facilitating site activations, support organizational change management (OCM), and build data-driven dashboards. The candidate will be involved in supporting day-to-day operational cadence, process improvement, executive reporting via slide decks and SharePoint management, and be involved in technical trouble shooting in a dynamic program office environment. This position supports a team implementing MRO/MRO-S capabilities at an Air Logistics Complex (ALC).


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following core responsibilities in areas of: Organizational Change and Site Activation; Business Operations & Knowledge Management; Data Analysis & Dashboarding.   • Supports planning for and assists in coordinating site activation logistics, implementation go-live, expansion, and test activities at the ALC.

  • Assists in drafting and executing OCM strategies to ensure smooth technology and process transitions for end users at the ALC site.

  • Develops, formats, and maintains executive-level slide decks and briefings as directed.

  • Manages, structures, and administers program SharePoint sites to ensure effective Knowledge sharing.

  • Extracts and aggregates program data. Builds and maintains interactive dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to track mission metrics, ticket volumes and operational readiness.

  • Act as secondary/supporting point of contact for implementation activities at the ALC.

  • Analyze and make recommendations to meet mission needs.

  • As required, work with internal team, stakeholders, users, and external organizations for go-live and testing activities.

  • Applies technical knowledge to support various teams in any activities as required.

  • Works with and coordinates efforts with team members from other ALCs as needed and directed.

Education/Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience with and an understanding of Air Force Depot Maintenance systems, organizations, roles and work is highly desired.


Technical Tools:


  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite software and tools. Specifically, Outlook, MSWord, advanced PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Experience and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Visio.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint administration

  • Experience with Information Technology system implementations.


Communications and Organizational Ability:


  • Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to various teams, organizations, and multiple levels of stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills


Mathematical Ability: Basic skills required.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
