Job summary

Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX) is seeking a Program Support Specialist in Newport News, Virginia, a full-time role reporting to the Program Support Director. The incumbent will provide project and administrative support for TDXi’s Technical Services HQ Office, handling reports, timekeeping, billing, and travel reimbursements in line with JTR requirements.

The candidate should be able to work independently or in a small team, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree or 5 years of relevant government-contracting experience.
• Experience reviewing timecards in Deltek/Viewpoint and ensuring on-time submissions.
• Familiarity with JTR, CBAs, and SCA requirements.
• Experience billing CPFF and CR contract lines (CLINs).
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel is essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work with remote teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for contract/project.
• Review timecards from Deltek and Viewpoint and ensure proper submission.
• Prepare billing support and tracking for a CPFF contract.
• Prepare, code, submit, and track travel expense reimbursement per JTR.
• Support staff on project-based work.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Answer phones and take/transfer messages.
• Work independently or on small teams with strong communication.
• Comply with quality and safety programs and other duties as assigned.
