Qualifications

Program Support Professional II Schedule / Availability:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
*Shifts are assigned within this time frame*
(35 hours per week)
Compensation: $18.50 per hour

*This employee will be given a company vehicle for work-related and personal use OR a $100 monthly stipend*

*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

In this role you’ll be making a difference by:

  • Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares
  • Work within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)
  • Train new staff as needed
  • Administer medications
  • Cook and help with housework
  • Provide constant supervision
  • Transport individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicle

To be considered for position with us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Hold an acceptable driving record.
  • Possess strong English communication skills.
  • Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.).
  • Be able to pass a Department of Human Services and nationwide criminal background check.
  • Professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

This full-time position offers a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
