Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication; ability to present clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation: timelines, status reports, risk logs.
  • Coordinate supply chain personnel (material planners and buyers) for alignment.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare agendas, document key takeaways, and track action items from meetings.
  • Support integrated master schedules and customer reports as needed.
  • Create presentations and reports for project updates; provide general administrative support.

The internship will begin in May and last for 12 weeks. You will be part of a team that specializes in designing and manufacturing high-performance RF components and systems that are critical for modern communication, defense, and aerospace applications. You will assist the program management team and provide support across the project life cycle of various efforts. You will monitor and oversee the completion of project tasks and will work under the direction of the Program Support Manager at the CACI Melbourne office. This position will be fully on-site, and the selected candidate will be expected to work at our Melbourne, FL office.Responsibilities:As a Program Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to impactful projects.
