Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.
  • Experience supporting compliance, documentation, quality assurance, or program administration activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, electronic records systems, and data entry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across all PASA programs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of PASA, member, and organizational information in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Program Manager to purchase office and program supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate logistics for PASA programs, meetings, trainings, and events, including registrations, material preparation, scheduling, communications, and reminder calls and emails.
  • Assist with communications, reports, correspondence, and data tracking to support PASA operations and informed decision-making.
  • Support evaluation, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts, including audit preparation and follow-up.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support program operations and member services.

  • Experience supporting compliance, documentation, quality assurance, or program administration activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, electronic records systems, and data entry preferred.
  • Knowledge of community resources, public agencies, and support services available to individuals with disabilities and their families.
  • Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Safety Care Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and the ability to travel on behalf of the organization.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening as a condition of employment. This screening includes initial and ongoing state criminal background checks, fingerprinting, sex offender registry searches, and abuse and neglect clearances. If the employee has lived in any other state within the past five years, equivalent background and abuse/neglect checks from those states will also be conducted. In addition, employees are required to complete a health evaluation or physical examination prior to beginning service to confirm fitness for duty, and annually thereafter.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
