Job summary

Cencora is seeking a detail‑oriented associate to support the Elevate Provider Network Management Team. You will handle daily network operations, answer inquiries, and help with filings and communications.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and Excel/Outlook proficiency, with a 8am–5pm schedule and some onsite work in Orange, CA. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years in customer operations or related field.
• Certification in customer service or process improvement is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary telephone coverage for managed care and claims issues.
• Manage network database and distribute network materials and communications.
• Support customers, Sales Executive, and Directors to resolve issues for Elevate programs.
• Troubleshoot website issues and assist with pharmacy questions and payments.
• Calculate reimbursements and rates; liaise with vendor partners as needed.
• Document requests, perform data entry, and support MAC processes daily.
