The Veterans Health Administration seeks a Program Support Assistant for the Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) team in Alaska. You will support the Program Director, Nurse Manager, Medical Director and interdisciplinary staff with clerical, data, and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities include minutes, timekeeping, calendars, meetings, preparing materials, maintaining records, and assisting with reports and publications. This is a full-time, on-site position based in AK.

Description: The position serves as a Program Support Assistant to an assigned Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) PACT team, under the supervision of the HBPC Program Director. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistant level support to the Program Director, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Medical Director and the HBPC interdisciplinary staff.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm and choice of M-F 0730-1600 or 0800-1630

Federal Employees earn annual leave at a rate (4, 6 or 8 hours per pay period) which is based on the number of years they have served as a Federal employee. VA may offer newly-appointed Federal employee's credit for their job-related non-federal experience or active duty uniformed military service.
