Adult Services is seeking a QIDP Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes, providing housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a QIDP Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the residential facility to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals, in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers, you will oversee program plans and active treatment programs, including interventions and services to support individual goals. You will also consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.

The schedule for this position is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation.

New Rate: $48,000.00 - $54,720.00

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree in a human services field from an accredited program
• At least three (3) years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, a team player, possess excellent communication skills, energetic, creative, understand behavior management and positive reinforcement, and serve as a positive role model. You must complete eight days of new hire orientation, have a passion for working with children and adolescents with special needs, and hold a valid license. Physical requirements include walking, sitting, standing, lifting, and resistance management, with the ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
