Position Summary
- Support the Director of Psychological Services in collaboration with the Adult, Child, and CDC divisions to ensure high-quality, timely, client-centered care.
- Supervise, coach, and develop psychologists, psychology assistants, interns, and assigned personnel through clinical and administrative supervision, performance management, and professional development.
- Support partnerships with affiliated universities, including the University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Miami University, and Wright State University School of Professional Psychology, to support practicum placements, student development, and recruitment.
- Oversee the coordination and timely completion of psychological evaluations, reports, and related clinical services while monitoring productivity, workflow, documentation quality, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with CARF, Ohio Medicaid, HIPAA, OhioMHAS, and organizational policies, while leading quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to and enhance access to psychological services, facilitate efficient and effective operation and service delivery.
- Manage centralized psychological testing resources, including the procurement, inventory, and distribution of testing materials and supplies across all divisions.
- Provide direct clinical services, including psychological assessment and/or therapy, as needed consistent with licensure and organizational needs.
- Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts for psychology assistants, and interns to ensure appropriate staffing.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor program performance, and communicate program needs, outcomes, and opportunities to divisional and executive leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the organization's mission and operational objectives.
What We Value in our next Program Supervisor-Psych Services
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility to provide clinical supervision and supervise psychology trainees and interns required.
- Minimum of (5) years of progressively responsible experience in psychological assessment and behavioral health services.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), Microsoft Office Suite, and behavioral health technology systems.
- Experience performing psycholgical testing with Adults and Children preferred.
- Three (3) years of supervision experience preferred.
