Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide direct supervision and clinical support aligned with our mission. You will supervise Youth Care Specialists, support treatment plans, and help manage groups and paperwork across residential and community-based programs.

• 2 years previous experience working with adolescents with some supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, de-escalation/conflict management skills, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provides formal supervision of direct care staff including instruction and observation in behavior management and therapeutic relationships.
• Ensures coverage for groups and provides feedback regarding outpatient group implementation; completes accompanying paperwork.
• Supports treatment plans for each resident and assists Clinical Therapist with intervention techniques.
• Maintains on-call responsibilities after shifts and assists during staff shortages and emergencies.
• Handles administrative tasks: weekly staffing schedules, vacation approvals, facility inspections for licensing and safety.

Provides performance reviews for Youth Care Specialists; ensures yearly training is completed to ODJFS standards.Works with groups and ensures proper coverage (with staff) and provides feedback to direct supervisor regarding implementation of outpatient groups. Complete accompanying paperwork.
