Job summary

The Village Network seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and support across youth services. You will oversee therapists, participate in case planning, and ensure fidelity to TVN models while coordinating with families, schools, and courts. Strong supervisory credentials and MSW are required.

Travel for home visits is expected. This role offers growth within a mission-driven organization that values staff development, PTO, and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and LI SW/LPCC with supervisory designation.
  • Supervision experience of clinicians and case management.
  • Strong communication, organizational and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates activities related to Partial Hospitalization.
  • Assists with intake, referrals, and placement of youth.
  • Reviews and approves ISPs and updates.
  • Provides individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
  • Maintains documentation: progress notes, reports, ISPs, terminations.
  • Ensures programs align with TVN strategic goals and clinical models.
  • Travels for home visits and coordinates with families, schools, and agencies.

This includes assessing a client’s therapeutic needs/strengths and establishing a therapeutic relationship while utilizing interventions that will enhance his overall functioning.Assures programs are striving to meet the Goals & Objectives from TVN’s Strategic Plan.Assures that programs are implementing TVN’s clinical models (TIC, NMT & CPS) with fidelity.Assures the use of high risk interventions (restraints) are kept to a minimum through the Implementation The Six Core Strategies to Creating Violence Free and Coercion Free Treatment Environments.Completes appropriate documentation and paperwork including, but not limited to progress notes after each therapy session, monthly/ninety day reports, J-Soaps, Terminations, Transfers and ISPs. Serves as a contact point for families, agencies, and court, engaging in correspondence and communicating information within the confines of The Village Network’s confidentiality policies and procedures.Facilitates case management by designing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans for each client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reading/analyzing materials and reports from outside organizations, discussing with staff the progress of the client, revision of plans in order to ensure the best possible care, directing workers on how treatment plans should be implemented, monitoring compliance with the plans, attend school IEP meetings, conduct weekly team meetings, and attending group meetings to discuss treatment. Interviews, evaluates, and participates in the decision process regarding new candidates to The Village Network.Performs other duties as required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to use a computer; familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Record (EHR).Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; LISW or LPCC licensure with supervisory designation required.Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance.
