Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring for a Residential High Behaviors role in Branchburg, NJ. This on-site position supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs), supervising a team of Caregivers, and coordinating daily activities.

You will hire and train staff, manage schedules, assist with meals, medication administration, and personal care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years in this field.
• Current driver's license with 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
