$66,664.00 - 77,521.60 Annually
NOTE: Annual salary adjustments may also occur, based on collective bargaining agreements.
Duties include processing requisitions; closing purchase orders; providing assistance to other employees throughout the City in regard to purchasing procedures and financial software; organizing budget materials for the preliminary and final budgets; assisting in year-end procedures; preparing reports; researching information; assisting in fulfilling FOIA requests; analyzing and organizing office operations; maintaining the purchase order files; maintaining the vendor file; audition and maintaining the copier for the department; surveying and coordinating leases for City copiers; answering the telephone; binding budget books and contract; preparing correspondence and reports for Finance Director and other Finance/Accounting personnel; assisting with Accounting Division duties as needed; primary P-Card administrator and performing other duties as assigned. The Program Supervisor works with confidential information and must be discreet in sharing such information with others on an as-needed basis.

Written Test - 30% Performance Test - 20% Interview - 50%
