The Mental Health Association of NYC, Inc. dba Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a program supervisor for Family & Youth Peer Support Services in New York. You will supervise Family Peer Advocates and Youth Peer Advocates, oversee referrals, monitor health records, and compile monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Must have seven years as a Family Peer Advocate or three years as Qualified Mental Health Professional
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual and bicultural candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision and training to Family Peer Advocates (FPA) and Youth Peer Advocates (YPA)
• Oversee the referral and case assignment process
• Review and monitor information in the electronic health record/data system
• Compile data and assist with monthly Levels of Service reports
• Represent Vibrant borough alliance at meetings
• Partner with the Data Analyst to report operational data
• Conduct annual evaluations for staff
• Maintain staff schedules for program coverage
• Build relationships with external partners and referral sources
• Assist peer advocates on home, office, and community visits
• Guide quality assurance efforts
• Perform additional duties as assigned
